myneva Finland’s user-friendly digital solutions are designed to manage and enhance client and care work in social welfare services. The company’s key products include the myneva.hilkka social welfare operations management system, and the myneva.nappula client information system. myneva Finland is part of the myneva Group, which is Europe’s leading provider of software solutions for social welfare services.
In autumn 2024, myneva Finland Oy implemented the Oracle NetSuite enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, which is used across the group’s European companies, for financial and order management. The technical implementation was carried out by the group’s long-standing certified system partner in Europe. Finapartner was responsible for defining the requirements for Finland’s localisation, conducting unit testing, supporting acceptance testing, and training the Finnish team on system usage. The localisation for Finland included, among other things, the implementation of electronic invoicing in accordance with Finnish practices, electronic banking, the Finnish chart of accounts, and VAT reporting. Additionally, company-specific practices and requirements, particularly in invoicing and financial reporting, were taken into account.
Netwheels offers the market’s leading solution for utilising data on used cars in the used car trade in Finland. With Netwheels’s solutions, businesses can manage used car modelling, inventory control, car auctions, and automotive market research. Its customers include car dealerships, importers, and finance companies.
Netwheels merged with Alma Media Finland Oy in November 2024 and is now part of the Alma Media Group’s Marketplaces business in Finland.
Finapartner managed financial controlling and development tasks at Netwheels during the corporate restructuring project in 2023–2024. With Finapartner’s support, the company’s financial processes and systems were transformed and integrated into Alma Media’s processes and systems.
We conducted a study for Medanets Oy to map out the systems used for managing order-to-delivery process, product configurations, and financials. The study particularly emphasized the systems’ ability to support business scaling and internationalisation. Finally, action recommendations were provided for developing the system landscape.
Medanets Oy develops and sells mobile solutions for use by healthcare personnel. The app simplifies nursing routines, supports decision making and releases time to care. This improves patient safety and workflow efficiency while reducing costs.
Orbis Systems Oy deployed the NetSuite ERP system in May 2022. Along with the new ERP system, the company can use the same ERP platform in every subsidiary it has in different countries. During the first phase, the system was deployed in the Finnish parent company.
Finapartner supported the company in implementing the financial and accounting processes in the new system. The support work included planning of the financial administration processes in the system, testing the functionality, testing the user roles, checking the automated accounting of the operational processes, creating user instructions and advising the financial administration personnel in using the system. The consultancy service was produced in cooperation with Rantalainen Oy Botnia, which provided expertise in the accounting in the NetSuite environment for the project.
Together with Oura, we developed a documentation describing the operational and administrative processes from the ERP and accounting point of view. The purpose of the documentation was to help the people who work with the accounting and the ERP systems development to easily keep track of how business transactions, automated and manual operative processes as well as administrative processes together with the ERP and business systems contribute to the formation of the accounting data.

Finapartner prepared a comprehensive ERP system requirement specification for Optomed in close cooperation with its process key personnel and supported the company in the solution selection process. The company deployed the new ERP in 2018 and entered the Nasdaq Helsinki stock exchange in 2019, reporting finances with the new ERP system. After that, Finapartner assisted the management in the follow-up monitoring of the deployment project until 2021.

Optomed is a medical technology company and globally the leading manufacturer of handheld fundus cameras.
Manna Insect develops and manufactures solutions to convert food waste into high-quality animal feed and fertiliser by utilising black soldier fly larvae and Manna’s proprietary process technology. Their customers include companies generating waste, such as retailers, as well as farmers, waste management companies, fertiliser and feed industry businesses, and the food industry.
During the business concept phase, financial planning and modelling the mechanics of the business model in numerical terms were needed to support planning and to apply for equity financing. The company prepared its own financial forecasts with support from Finapartner.
