3 Purpose of Personal Data Processing and Consent

Personal data is collected electronically through the website’s contact form, initiated and consented to by the user. Consent is considered given when the user submits their personal data via the contact form. The data is collected to enable personal contact with the user who has made an enquiry on the website, for the purpose of initiating and managing the customer relationship, providing information about Finapartner Oy’s services, handling feedback, and for other user-initiated purposes that serve the user.

The register contains the personal data of users of Finapartner Oy’s website who have submitted their personal information via the contact form. This personal data includes or may include:

• Phone number
• Other information provided by the user

 
5 Data Subject Rights

The data subject has the following rights. Any requests to exercise these rights should be submitted by email or in writing to the contact person listed in section 2 of this privacy notice.

The data subject has the right to review the personal data we have stored.

b) Right to Rectification

The data subject may request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete information concerning them.

Finapartner Oy does not disclose personal data in its possession to third parties without the user’s consent, except where a legally binding authority, based on legislation, specifically requires the disclosure of identified information to the authority.

7 Transfer of Data Outside the EU

Finapartner Oy does not transfer any data in its possession outside the EU or the European Economic Area.

8 Data Deletion and Retention Period

Finapartner Oy will delete a user’s data from the register when there is no longer a business justification for processing the data, or if the individual concerned lawfully requests the deletion of their data.

It should be noted that the data controller may have a legal or other right to retain certain information despite a deletion request. The data controller is also obligated to retain accounting records for the period specified in the Accounting Act (Chapter 2, Section 10), which is ten years. Therefore, accounting-related material cannot be deleted before this retention period has expired.
