We are an independent consultancy, not tied to any specific systems or system providers. The questions and issues that need to be addressed when implementing a new ERP system or financial management system, improving their use, or carrying out system integrations are very similar regardless of the system. The chosen system does affect how processes are implemented and how much customisation is possible. These system-specific constraints are always taken into account when designing processes. To support both planning and the actual technical implementation, we always recommend using a certified system consultant, with whom we collaborate while considering the specific needs of your company.
We have experience with most ERP and financial management systems commonly used by technology sector growth companies. These include, for example, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Hansaworld Standard ERP, Lemonsoft, SAP S/4HANA, Netvisor, Procountor, Isolta, Fennoa, and QuickBooks. We are also happy to continue expanding our expertise further!
We take information security seriously and follow internal practices aligned with the ISO 27001 standard. While our detailed policies are not public, they cover aspects such as physical security, password and authentication protocols, device safety, encryption and backup procedures, and how we use AI tools and search engines.
Yes. We hold professional liability insurance tailored for IT companies. The insured amounts at minimum meet the liability limits set in our contracts. In addition, we have standard liability insurance for personal injury and property damage.
We use customised contract templates based on the IT2022 standard terms, for which we hold a valid company licence. The IT2022 terms have been drawn up in cooperation with the Finland Chamber of Commerce, Technology Industries of Finland, Finnish Association of Purchasing and Logistics LOGY, Finnish Information Processing Association TIVIA and Software Finland Association.
Our default model is hourly billing. The agreement typically specifies an estimated or allocated number of hours, within which the working time is invoiced based on actual usage and in accordance with the terms defined in the agreement. In the case of allocated hours, a fixed number of hours and fixed fee can also be agreed. We can also offer day-based pricing. Travel costs are typically charged separately, except for client visits within the Oulu (Finland) area.
In some cases – such as during initial assessments or scoping – we may agree on a fixed fee regardless of hours used.
Our office is located in Oulu, Finland, but we serve clients across Finland and internationally. Most of our projects are in Finland and Europe, where time zones support smooth collaboration. We’ve also worked with clients in China, India, and the United States.
While we work primarily remotely – even with Finnish clients – we’re happy to travel when needed.
This is a common starting point – and recognising the need for improvement is already a great first step. We typically begin with a joint meeting to review your current situation. Based on that, we may suggest a preliminary assessment to help identify development needs and possible directions. A preliminary assessment helps ensure future development efforts are well targeted and started in the right order. It’s also an excellent opportunity to involve your staff and their valuable insight from the outset, helping to build commitment to change from day one.
Better business with smarter systems.
